Muralisation Fun at Mural Fest
Have you ever thought about muralising a jewellery box, a favourite wooden chair, a wine rack…or maybe a ceramic pot or garden ornament?
This year at Mural Fest you can. You can bring your own item and muralise away at the Sheffield Arts Centre while artists are busily painting their murals in Mural Park. Or you can pick up a pot or other item at Mural Fest to muralise. Paint will be supplied with the only charge being your entry to Mural Park. Tickets are $5 for single day entry or $10 for five-day entry between 10am and 4pm from Monday 7th November to Friday 11th November and can be purchased at eventbrite.com.au or at the event.
Why not come along with a friend or family member and have some fun in a creative environment.
We encourage you to be as imaginative and out there as possible. Contemporary, abstract, whimsical, pop art…whatever your heart desires. The sky is the limit. Photos will be taken of muralisation items when completed and a prize awarded to the most creative.
