People of Tasmania have a chance to collect an example of one of the region’s iconic tourist attractions – a mural from Sheffield: Town of Murals.

At this years Auction you could collect a “One of a Kind” Mural painted by World Renowned Artist Wei Luan.

Each year, nine finalists from around Australia and the World gather in Sheffield for the annual International Mural Fest painting competition. This competition attracts some of the best mural artists in the world.

This year, Kentish Arts, Commerce & Tourism Inc., which runs International Mural Fest is auctioning some of the finalist murals from the 2016 year. All of the murals are on display either at the town entrance or in Mural Park.

The mural theme “Reflections of Time” is captured by the individual artists in different ways.

“Tens of thousands of visitors each year come to see our murals and here’s a chance for Tasmanians to have one of the best murals at their own home or office,” Kentish ACT Inc. President Des Brown said.

They all feature outstanding mural – painting technique because they are all among the best 9 murals from each year’s International Mural Fest.
